About ABIE

Welcome to the web site of ABIE Belgium the Belgian branch o f Australian Business in Europe.

ABIE Belgium is the Belgian-based arm of the Australian Business in Europe Group that has independent branches in Australia and across Europe. The fundamental mission of ABIE Belgium is to provide a forum for the exchange of predominantly business-related, but also cultural, social and sporting information relevant to Australia and / or Belgium for its members.

Our Belgium branch of ABIE is co-ordinated by a committee made up of local business people who meet regularly to arrange events and source speakers from Australia and Europe to address local members at ABIE meetings.

In Belgium ABIE hosts a range of events during the course of the year designed to keep its members "au fait" with business, political, sports and cultural developments in Australia. Social events are frequently held to encourage networking. (See Future Events)

ABIE is an organisation of individual members, not companies although we do work closely with m ajor Australian companies in Europe and with Australian Government offices. New members interested in maintaining an active link to Australia are always welcome.
